The 2013-2014 Ashes Series starts this week in Brisbane.
I have tracked batting partnerships in the last two Ashes’ Cricket Series (2010-11 and 2013).
I am looking forward to monitoring the Series in Australia. It will be interesting to see if Australia can reduce the low partnership scores from the last series and continue to develop 100 run + partnerships. England have been very effective at building partnerships with 40 runs or more. It will be interesting to see if this trend continues.
