Audiences and Messages

A picture of a performance analyst filming in the rain
I imagine this picture will be familiar to many of you who support daily training environments.
This performance analyst is using an IP camera and is coding a training session live … in the rain. The coaches review the session shortly after the conclusion of the session. In this case, the coaches access the video of the session through a central server.
Each day, you, like the analyst in the picture, deliver messages to audiences. As you have become more experienced, I imagine you craft your messages for a specific coach’s needs or preferences.
If you have ever moved from one organisation to another as an analyst, how have you negotiated the new requirements of sharing? If you have been fortunate to have long-term tenure in one organisation, what changes have you made to the way you share messages?
