I had some great email alerts today and willingly accepted them as delightful, valued pebbles. Tony Naar suggested I read Zoe Sadokierski's article on TS Eliot in The Conversation. Stephen Downes linked to the Ontario Online Learning Portal's discussion of a new pedagogy. Paper.li highlighted Jenny Davis's Re-imagined Authenticity and Angela Shetler's Storify for #allcreatorsnow. Stephen Downes and Paper.li drew my attention to events at Everpix. Connecting 131004

I missed attending in person this week's ePortfolio Forum at the University of Canberra. I was able to participate virtually in the Forum through Blackboard Collaborate and the #eportforum activity on Twitter. Angela Shetler has created a Storify link for the event too. I felt very fortunate to be able to connect this way ... and to find some new colleagues to follow on Twitter. I thought it was a rich vein in a serendipity economy of social capital.
