AFL 2014 Round 5: Closing the Gap

The games played in Round 5 of this season’s AFL competition were much more competitive than in Round 4.
Winners averaged 99 points and losers 72. This is the highest losing average score this season.
Adelaide scored most points this Round (137) in their 65 point win over GWS. Port Adelaide had the lowest winning score in their 70-56 defeat of West Coast.
